Option A: Private Hire
Hire Thread Bar by the hour to come to your event!
•Starting at $100/hr + $50 design fee
•Depending on guest count, a minimum time requirement may apply to ensure every order can be completed during your event.
•Merchandise pricing depends on your selected items — hats, totes, sweatshirts, or other custom options.
•Final pricing quoted based on your location + product choices.
Option B: Pop-Up Profit Share
A fun, budget-friendly guest experience with no upfront product cost for you!
Pay a flat $150 booking fee
Guests purchase their custom embroidery pieces directly from Thread Bar, and I’ll keep the profits.
I’ll curate a custom menu of icons + phrases for your event’s vibe. (I’ll gladly take a few requests, but final designs will be up to me. Specific custom design requests may incur an additional fee.)
